What exactly is my role as Scrum Master & Servant Leader in your project?

I accompany your project according to the Scrum Framework and the associated basic agile philosophy.
  • Coaching and training of team members in relation to the agile framework of Scrum and the associated agile mindset
  • Coordination of sprints, reviews, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
  • Support of internal communication and mediation for effective cooperation
  • Ensuring the flow of information between the product owner and the team
  • Working with product managers on backlogs and new inquiries
  • Resolving conflicts and overcoming obstacles in cooperation
  • Guiding development teams towards a higher level of Scrum maturity
  • Supporting the development of a productive environment in which the team members take responsibility for the product and enjoy working on it
Upon request, I would also be happy to train employees in the role of the Scrum Master in order to later put the further development in your hands as part of a handover coaching.

My qualification

  • Certified Scrum Master PSM I II at Scrum.org
  • Excellent knowledge of the Scrum Framework with all its artifacts and techniques (e.g. Design Thinking, Personas, User Stories, MoSCoW prioritization, Planning Poker, etc.)
  • I am familiar with the sensible use and project-specific possibilities of tools such as Trello, Miro, JIRA
  • Profound understanding of the role of the product owner (certified Scrum Procuct Owner - Scrum.org PSPO I
  • Comprehensive knowledge of agile transformation (certified Professional Agile Leader - Scrum.org PAL I)
  • Competence to coordinate employees and projects, and also to initiate deeper changes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Many years of experience in IT projects nationally and internationally.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of business applications (e.g. SAP) and logistical processes.
  • Strategic thinking paired with many years of experience in IT and investment management
